These are some useful tweaks from cydia that are tested and working on the iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, and iPad2 devices. Because the jailbreak is so new, not all tweaks are compatible with the 64-bit a7 devices however over time more will become available. These are some useful tweaks that I've applied to my own device. feel free to share and update the list ENJOY!:
Bloard-light black keyboard

BlurredMusicApp-Gives a blurred background to music app. allows fullscreen album view in app.

CCClockOpenToAlarm-Opening clock app opens directly to alarm instead of timer

*CCToggles- Allows you to customize your control center toggles as well as quick launch toggles

DockShift-Chance the iOS 7 dock backgrounds, makes iPhone look customized in my opinion

*Fav-opens an application from the home screen by sliding to the left-very useful for quick apps

Glow Dock-makes the dock icons glow, looks cool

*HiddenSettings7-some customizable features for your phone.

***ikeywi-customizable 5 row keyboard, EXTREMELY useful.

*****localiapstore-free in-app purchases.

iTunes Radio Unlimited-allows you to listen to iTunes radio with no commercials and unlimited skips-awesome

Lock Screen Tool- allows you to edit the lock screen slider message.

*NoDictation-disable the annoying **** dictation key that you accidentally click on while texting -.-

Purge-kill all apple from the switcher.

Record 'n' torch- allows you to turn your flash on/off WHILE recording. very convenient

*swipe selection-SOOO much easier to edit texts, slide to move curser instead of clicking

***swipey-from lock screen quick access up to 6 apps by merely sliding the page.

Zeppelin-adds an icon to the top status bar (battery, time, signal etc.) -MILLIONS of icons-batman,diamond,nike, etc

Cleancc-allows you to customize the size of your control center and get rid of the black lines.
^^^not compatable with Springboard!

***BioLockdown-uses Thumbprint to lock individual applications

Bytafont2-allows for custom fonts

ColorWhatsApp-custom messaging colors

*cydelete7-allows you to delete/uninstall cydia apps from homescreen.

Message customiser- allows for custom message colors, more options that color whats app, but less functionable -.-

Clear folder-gets rid of the annoying grey box in the background when opening folders.

*SBPowerAlert- allows quick view of available data as well a shortcut to respring,restart,and shut off your device.

Barrel-self-explanatory app. Still undergoing A LOT of overhauls for a7 devices however some do work.

*PandoraSkips-unlimited skips on Pandora

*iFile-allow you to view your iphones folders. Includes downloads, apps, tweaks, memory and so forth.

Cchide-allows you to remove certain shortcuts from control center

*infinifolder-allows you to have unlimited apps in folders

5icondock-Lets you have five icons on your dock

*recommended tweaks that improve iPhone functionality
***require that you download a Source before installing.
