I have Forza 5 which I am willing to share, I hardly ever play it.

Step 1; Give your account information to someone.
Step 2; They go to settings > Home Xbox Account
Step 3; They set your account as their home Xbox Account.
Step 4; Done.

If you want to get a game from someone else, this is how you do this.
