I am level 149 and I have still yet to unlock a mugger! It says wait for Lamar to contact you but never has been unlocked any ideas? Or help?

I got to level 50 legit but my friend was on my account for a couple days and used DNS codes

the mugger isnt worth the 1000 you pay for just to get max 2000

You have to go to the T on the map to talk to trevor. once you do that all of merrywether lester and lamar will call you eventually and tell you you can call them for things like helicopter pickups and muggers

yeah they should i was like lvl 70 and hadnt got them and my friend hadnt got them either then we both went to trevor and they all ended up calling us eventually

Yea I was level 90 and couldn't use half of the stuff I went to Trevor on the map and within 20 minutes everything unlocked automatically
