When i go into the envasi0n file it runs smoothly and everything but once it gets to a certain point it just freezes, the part it gets stuck at it says "Configuring System (2/2)"
idk if its just my computer or what but if someone has the solution can you please help.

It shouldn't take longer than ten minutes at that part. It took me like 30 seconds but it could take up to ten minutes.

try to re install the software, they said there may be issues like that since its newly released
