I honestly only slept for 30 minutes last night then stayed home and slept all day. I have some really weird sleeping problems too. I even sleep in the middle of class I tried medications and stuff but it doesn't help!

Mines usually the same but instead of 6:45 AM, it's 5:50 AM. You get used to it.

I go to sleep around midnight-2 am like a lot of you. I'm still really tired though, I just cannot fall asleep.
But, I want to try something new... what if you went to bed at about 5 pm, after school. Then, you wake up and wake up between midnight and 3 am, which is 7-10 hours of sleep. It also gives you leeway to sleep longer or shorter depending on how you want to spend the time before school.
Any ideas on how to start this?

What you need to do is just go to sleep at like 10 every night and set an alarm for whenever you need to wake up for school. Trust me you will start to feel better and you'll have more energy.

Try to work out and do physical activities so you can get tired at night.

You need to keep yourself up until around 10:00pm then go to bed and you will get back on track.
Its because you stay up later and later every night. Just try to keep a steady sleep schedual.
