If i bought 1mil coins right now for the new toty coming out, would there be a high chance that i get banned. PS4 console if that makes a difference

I would buy the coins in a smaller amount in multiple transactions just to stay safe. I highly doubt you will get banned, as people buy coins all the time. Just try to make the sale and amounts look as legit as possible, you should be fine.
