Here is a video tutorial on a method using matte paint as a base coat. hope this helps.

Yes. Choose any Metallic color, and you'll see the Pearlescent paint. Or simply do the Matte Method.

Metallic is the only paint job that you can get Pearlescent on. Unless you do the Matte Method to get Pearlescent.
