I'm talking to a support agent for microsoft, all I'm trying to do is work out a solution, but she's really, really, really weird, check out the conversation:

Could someone explain to me if I just got trolled? I just went along with what she was saying but I am so confused right now...
I just said that the problem was fixed cos she's clearly stupid or something. She just assumed it was resolved, So weird

You can probably report this to microsoft. Also cancel your installation & install the the blu ray app then try again. That worked for me.

Your telling me that... It's just awesome how Microsoft employ there workers, they are either; from a country that doesn't speak english, on a certain drug or alcoholic beverage, or they are just plain and simply chimpanzees.
