when i try to use horizon the Horizon has stopped working message comes up

It's best off trying to re download it again.

It is also possible that your computer cant run it. I have an old computer that isn't able to run it, so i just use my laptop nd it works fine

This usually means a .NET framework issue, however Horizon is now supposed to install the required framework if you don't have it already.
Try uninstalling and re-installing .NET framework.
You can install 3.5 here: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
If that fails, try navigating and deleting this directory and restart/try opening Horizon again:
C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Daring_Development_Inc .\Horizon.exe_StrongName_oj3dekulwqzgsr0yopf0ih1k4 ipdntld\2.5.10.1\user.config
If it still persists, try heading over to XboxMB where they can help you further.

Your best bet would be to uninstall it and reinstall it again.
