I'm looking for a cheap modded controller under 40 and the more colours on it the better. Converts to about 65 us dollars

At your price range your best bet will be ebay, but if you want to save up some more you could get a scuf or and something from evil controllers

You are not going to be buying a modded controller from a web site with that price.

The lowest price is going to be around 85 USD maybe.
