Use the 4670K I don't think there will be a bottleneck, It should run everything you want fine and It's 1705 Canadian Dollars so It's within budget right?
Just go with my build it will max every suitable game out as in optimized.

How much was your build? He's looking at around 1700 Canadian Dollars but if yours matches that then It just can't be beaten.

Yeah. How much would your build be INT i no longer need an os or a cdrom
Id love the 2 780 just dont know if its in my price bracket
Also id like water cooling? Would i need a new case or just switch it? And if so what would i use?
So the 780s are sold out there.... and is there a point if im only using 1 monitor?
