I am having a problem with the Xbone. I can sign in and I appear online to other people, but I can't start parties or join them and when I try it says that I need an Xbox live gold, when I have one, and when I try go online on games like Fifa it says my preferences don't allow me to go Online and that I need to change my settings. But there isn't any settings to change nor have I changed any, someone if you have the answer or a tip plea help because it's really frustraing since it's happened twice and i've only had my Xbox for 3 weeks.

Also this has happened to me before maybe 2 weeks ago and I did fix it, but that was from resetting my console from factory settings. Which took over 2 hours to re-do and re-install everything.
