Hey guys, I just bought an iPhone 4 on eBay and it's activation locked to an iCloud account. Anyone know how to fix this?
Proof I legitimately purchased this phone:

You can't bypass the activation lock. The only way to get passed it is with the original owners iCloud information. I doubt the seller has this information otherwise they would have input it so they don't have to sell the phone for so little money.

The phone isn't stolen as I called AT&T and they told me the phone was not blacklisted. The seller received it as a trade in and can't contact that previous owner. I have no idea what to do...

If the description didn't say it was Activation locked ask for a refund and if not open a dispute with paypal saying the item isn't as described and you want a refund because its locked and the seller can't help me.

I would call apple for support. Obviously apple is aware of this issue since you're not the first one to have this problem.
