what do you think about this PC ? (I will choose AMD because I doesnt had any problems with AMD yet ! ;) )

Motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 (AM3+)
CPU: FX-8350
GPU: Palit GTX 760 Jetstream
RAM: 16GB (4x4GB) Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3 CL9 1600
Tower: Shinobi Bitfenix
