It is just a rock that looks like a rat. What is missing from this rock/rat is LEGS. Without mobility a rat can surviveand there is clearly no vegetation on Mars to eat even if it could get around to get it.

i am more concerned that someone painstakingly zoomed in on what i can only assume was thousands of nasa pictures looking for proof of life before they stumbled across this rock that looks like a rat....
