I have the skype conversation here in a gyazo, as you can see he blocked me after I sent the money. What can I do to get him banned and possibly get my money back?

this guy seemed real legit because his post had the little fire thing on it like all the legit ones and he had proof posted and he had a good rep, but atleast it was just 8 dollars from a gift card
