Go to Cydia then Packages and make sure it says expert in the top right. If it says Simple just press it and it should change. After that you should see something called Performence Loader or something along those lines. Try reinstalling that.

Before you do that. Uninstall the last tweak you installed via cydia. That could be the problem. An incompatible tweak.

That's one of my issues, I haven't installed new tweaks for about a week, last one I had was Zepplin, which I know works fine, plugged my iPhone into the computer to charge, and it went all screwy as the picture shows :L

It seems like the only way round this problem is to restore. Sorry man.
