The boot times are so bipolar on those things. Just go with the R-JTAG as they have more options to help with boot times and usually if you get the options right then it's instant everytime.

Nope, however, there will be a replacement for the R-JTAG soon.

You won't be able to go online with your hacked NAND without XBLSE. Dual NAND just gives you the opportunity to use one Xbox as a R-JTAG and a retail in one. If you already have a retail then you don't need the dual NAND.

I already have the retail xbox but if i do R-JTAG It i would need a dual nand to play online so yea.

Last question, because i have a jasper motherboard how do i find out this size of it such as (Jasper 512mb) I have no clue on how to find it.
