I few of my friends have got it but I don't know whether I should buy it. Are the china maps any good? and you get new equipment to so thats kinda cool

The new maps are pretty good. I like them a little bit better than the ones that came with the game.
In the long run, premium is definitely worth the money especially if you play the game a lot.

Yes it is defiantly worth the money. You get a whole lot of features.
