It's ok for a rough estimate but Newegg would be better. and it will come on the same day.

Im worried about mixing up the parts so i end up getting parts that aren't compatible for each other. Can you maybe get me a good list of parts?

Like I said, A rough estimate of the price.
Not to nit-pick, but its probably a better option to use an air cooler in this situation because he is a first time builder. Also, liquid cooling is kinda complicated, atleast is was for me. xD

Depends on which cooler, the liquid cooler would be easier than a 212 evo. they are a pain in the arse to install. took me nearly 30 mins to install the stoopid thing.
It would also be better as he won't have to worry about temps.
