Call of duty ghosts installation help

i am using the disks(as in store bought)i don't know if you can only install it via iso download but anyway whenever i hit copy dvd in xex menu it only installs 13 mb of data from both disks and while it does have an xex file present it doesn't do anything any help for installing ghosts with the actual disks?

Step 1 make folder called ghosts
step 2 make 2 folders Disc 1, Disc 2
step 3 disc 1 install in folder disc 1
step 4 disc 2 install in folder disc 2
step 5 go to disc 2 and find folder content
step 6 open folder 00000000000000000
step 7 then copy folder 415608fc
step 8 then hit b intell you all the way back at the main menu of xex menu 1.1
step 9 then find folder content and open folder 00000000000000000
step 10 then paste folder 415608fc
step 11 once that is all done you can go to folder 1 and click default_mp.xex and it should load
