Avatar: G to the photoshop board and look for a GFx shop and ask for animation.

Hidden is the the bottom row just below where you can chose to center words. It says spoiler, the small white square.

download either photoshop cs5 or Gimp, both great photo editing programs

then use [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . Theres tons of tuts on how to make moving txt there
