Xbox one headset adaptor HELP

Ok so i have all wires visable but i dont know which to match up apart from a few
The 360 has:copper,2 red,green and blue
The one has:black,copper,blue and white
Someone help before i try do it y self and make a balls of it lol

So there is five wires? Thats weird, are you sure your using a 2.5 mm and not a 3.5 mm plug?
You going to have to use a multimeter to find out which wire is which.

I used a broken 360 controller for the jack got rid of the side just ground it down to just having the jack!
