So i am building my first computer,
I've tried to keep this build cheap-ish
I've gone for the cpu i have as you cant change it after you install it (Obviously)
Here is a list of the parts:

(Note i am from the UK so this is in Pounds)
Case: 44.07 [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Mobo: 79.99 [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Ram: 64.99 [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
CPU: 162.37 [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
SSD: 54.98 [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
HDD: 43.99 [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
CPU Fan: 28.12 [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
GPU: 116.00 [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
PSU: 64.99 [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Total: 659.50 Pounds
Windows 7 ultimate i have already brought
And some thermal paste (Arctic Silver 5) Which is free since i have some spare from repairing xbox's and ps3's
No DVD drive since i have a lite-on im ripping out of my old build just to install windows then im taking it out.
Is this build good?
i have not build a pc before as i was a console gamer but refuse to pay 400+ for a console when the 659 for a pc is more but lasts ALOT longer,
I am looking forward to buying all this and building it
What does TTG think?

XD 1160 is a bargain :] also go for a Seasonic or a XFX psu
also you will only need about 300w for the build so get a 500w+
psu you wont need a 700+ psu

Dw all people go over board with there PSU's worrying its not enough when most builds are not over 400watts the only reason you would need 700w is if you had a 200w AMD psu and 2 Titans lol

Feel free to buy me two Titans xD, but ill go for this build, Like i said i was a console gamer but the price of the new consoles isnt worth it and a pc will last me longer,
i currently game on an i5 laptop with a steel series mouse & mechanical keyboard connected, but laptop GPU's are crap, the rest of the hardware is fine but the GPU in my laptop limits it massively

This is a lot better, a 650ti won't do well at all.

This will max nearly every game you throw at it.

there's nothing wrong with amd the 6300 is the best bang for the buck on the market at the moment.

This is how much better a 770 is than a 650ti [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

hmm i see you're point with the 650ti, and i understand where you are coming from but i personally opt for Intel over AMD,
