They are done updating the game, so you can play online if youd like. Also what they updated was if you ever modded money in or all the hackers that got their money from hacking is lost. so if you have done the money glitch or hacked money to your account then youll lose all of your money

They also de ranked a lot of ppl I do believe and banned a lot of people as well
They patched more glitches
You can sell 2 cars now but that's it
No heist nor no new mansions that will more than likely be 1.11 update
The Maintence was 1.10 but no update ecurd
But that's pretty much it

im glad about the level thing i dont see the point of even going over 120 anyways? the one thing I dont like about levels is all the missions give you around the same xp I hope they change that with the heist!
