I've tried completely removing the launch.ini in which failed to work and still freezes, The only way I can get it to bypass the XBL loading screen is by pressing eject?

Any solutions please?

turn it on and then quickly press eject, should bypass it. If not take out the Hdd and stick a usb with xex menu on it. turn off plug in hdd and should be fine

I am guessing you tried using stealth? Or were recently online? You most likely will have to push the power button then eject right after which will disable all plugins. Then go to dashlaunch and reset your plugins. After you save the changes restart your console and it should work.

You need he old dashlaunch deafault.xex put it on a usb , plug in jtag boot up and you"ll boot in dashlaunch remove plugins and save settings. Then Reboot and Your Good xD
