Hi,

Would this build run BF4?

I'm on a budget for a friend of about $700, I would add W7 with this to make it about a $700 total.

What settings would it run BF4 at?

If you think you can do better for NO MORE THAN $700 give it a shot by replying below.

Maybe you should link us the build. Might help you get some feedback.
