In my city, when I was little I got a the board of education (Paddle) for kissing a girl in kindergarten, I don't think they do it anymore, I'm in highschool now and when I drop my brother off at school they have the paddle in the front office on a board that says "BOARD OF EDUCATION" It's just for display now, kinda scary...
