This solves E79, Xmas lights, bad blocks, boot issues, etc... but ONLY works if you can boot into Xell/ous.

Things needed:

Copy of NAND (original, flashdmp, updflash, whatever)
USB flash drive
JTAG that WILL BOOT INTO XELL/OUS

***If it will not boot into Xell/ous then the NAND needs to be reflashed with a USB flasher or LPT cable***

1. Make a copy of whatever version of the nand you have and rename it "updflash" if it is not already

2. Copy "updflash" onto the root of your USB

3. UNPLUG THE POWER FROM THE XBOX (IMPORTANT)

4. Plug USB into front of Xbox

5. NOW plug in power

6. Boot into Xell/ous with EJECT button

7. Xell/ous should recognize USB and "updflash" and automatically reflash the nand with the new image

8. Cycle power.

9. Xbox should now boot to dashboard.
