These two are best for streaming.
Fraps is okay but takes up way too much cpu.
Personally, I use DXtory. It takes up very little cpu, and file sizes aren't too bad. Works out about 35mb per minute.
Audio and video sync up lovely, with no lag whatsoever.
Unfortunately, the only free software here is OBS - but I would definitely recommend DXtory.
