Hi I've been looking for the Phoenix for a while now and really can't seem to find it. I've looked up all the spawn locations like the docks and airport but it won't spawn there for me and I don't know why.
I'm not really looking to dup one. It if anyone can give me anymore information about the Phoenix spawning it would be great

Keep looking at the docks they spawn like crazy there for me. Also check around the dock area, you may find someone driving the car. keep your eyes open.

Thanks for the advice but I've tried going back there and driving round but it won't spawn wondering if I need to do a mission for it yo start to spawn

Dock area is where it often spawns. You might need to wait a while though.

If its not at the docks put your spawn location on last location and start a new session. If its not there start a new one. Thats how I got mine. Only took a couole of sessions to find it. Got the manana that way too

It's in a mission called no hay bronca or something like that you get it from Simeon.
