It's revealing an illusion.

You can't reveal something that doesn't exist.

Well aren't you a very down to earth, gregarious being.

I'm a literal and blunt person.
I don't beat around the bush.

You're also excessively pedantic you egotistical, puerile person.

For one, my posts are short and to the point.
Secondly, you don't know me enough to call me egotistical.

All you see is a online persona.

I'd have to agree there, however I have built an assumption that this is these case. There is being blunt, who I myself believe to be (in person at least I tend to go on and on online) and then there is nit picking and being pedantic. However to each their own and I bid your farewell

It is proportionately ironic that you refer to said being as 'pedantic' whilst you concoct sentences like those.
Concordantly and henceforth, I hereby conclude that it is you who is pedantic, and slam my gavel of truth to permeate the pseudo-intellectual usage of big and scary words hereby demonstrated in the current topic being discussed.

Think of the children.

Clap clap. You've figured me out. If you were with me today you'd have heard me say to my professor I was the most egotistical individual he'd come across. It doesn't make me a hypocrite for pointing out the negativity surrounding it.
I'm pedantic in appropriate levels but the dismissal of the word magic was silly.

Personally I hate being tricked by an illusion. Someone revealing it to me make me have respect for how clever illusionists actually are.

Haha I was thinking the same with the big words, I was going to say "I'm surrounded by words I don't understand"
