So I wasn't able to play the alpha yesterday because I didn't have my xbox, but now I do and I cannot redeem my code on my xbox one or computer. I'm bummed because the alpha got extended and now I can't play it. Any help would be appreciated.

Bud, somebody may have had the same problem. I wanted a general consensus on the problem and I was hoping somebody could link me to the support they used.

I'd assume that because the Alpha ends soon, you aren't able to redeem your code.

I do not know why that you cannot enter the code, but the alpha is ending soon.
