that says u just cant jhave bad words and illegal characters in it. u can change it just color and a normal name and i'm sure it will be fine cus i doubt they actually look at ur profile

You gotta have a "^" in your modded name to have any colour

yeah but this dosent show as your real gamertag when you go see the gamercard
the only way you could get ban is if someone that as the power to actually do this would join your game and see your gamertag wich probably is never gonna happen.

kids will probably file complaint on you but there is no real proof that your gamertag is modded.
It probably dosent even show in the theater , almost sure your real gamertag will show
