Okay, ime a first time user with horizon and when i click it, it plainly doesnt open. I have windows xp sp3, i dont know why it wont open. Also my framework is 3.5 sp1? pleas help.

First make sure you download it from a trusted source if not your anti virus may be causing you not to be able to open it up but if you did download it from a Trusted source and it wont open try to fully uninstall it and re install it if that does not work click the start button go to control panel and click on System and set it to automatic updates and reboot your computer and check to make sure everything is completely up to date

As Chemical-Warfare said it sounds like it's your Anti-Virus software or firewall that's blocking Horizon from opening. If it doesn't open at all without any error message appearing then 9/10 this is the issue. Try adding Horizon to your exception list, or temporarily disabling your AV/Firewall before opening Horizon.

Try that and report back.
