Post your specs and we can give you an estimate. Make sure you include the resolution of your monitor.

The 645 is a few percent slower than the 650 and although I can't find any benchmarks for your exact setup, I'd expect high settings to be playable at such a low resolution. By playable, I mean 40+ FPS average.

I find the BEST site for minimum specs for games, is 'Game-Debate'.
Just Google Battlefield 4 Game Debate and it'll come up!

It's got all sorts of ratings systems, minimum reqs. Reccommended reqs. etc...
+ No need to sign up

EDIT: Me being the helpful soul I am, I've done it for you!
[Some specs are a LITTLE off]

I'd recommend sticking with Medium until you upgrade your GPU (if you up it)

Haha what? Battlefield 4 on High on a 645, NO CHANCE...

r00t said it above, it's a good percentage slower than a 650, and the 650 would struggle to play it on medium. Hell my 270X on averages 60FPS on medium/high so that 645 stands no chance lol.
