I think they are awesome! At last they have came up with a way to make purchases online without a credit or debit card! This is really good for people who cannot get a debit or credit card. It also works on Steam to buy games!

I've never heard of that card, but there's already a few that do the same thing. Haven't you heard of GreenDot? They sell prepaid credit cards that you can use to buy things online. Also, they have a card called "Moneypak" that let's you put money in it, then directly put it on paypal without ever having to use a real credit card.
