F-18's Weapon Detail Guide


This guide will eventually consist of every gun in the most recent Battlefield game; Battlefield 4. You will find each gun under its classification ie; M16A4 in the Assault Rifles, M4 in the Carbines, and so on. Each weapon review will have gun stats, name, origin, and history of the weapon, along with a tested class set up. If you feel you have a better variant of a class go ahead and post it. I will test it, and if I like it I will post it and give you credit. This is an alive thread that will constantly be updated. Check back for DLC weapons.

History
The AK-12 is a Russian variant of the AK-74, the rifle was not adopted by the Russian military, and failed inspections by the Russian Defense Ministry, whom said it had a 'range of defects'. Since BF4 is in the future, it is possible that the rifle was later adopted.

History
Currently being tested in the 75th Rangers, the Army is ordering SCAR-H's as a counter sniper support rifle, as well as a DMR. The rifle shoots a 7.62x51mm round.

History
Developed by German manufacturer H&K for US Army Delta Forces, this rifle is based off the AR-15, and is nothing more than a different upper receiver. The round fired is a 5.56x45mm NATO.

History
Produced for Singapore's military, the acronym for this rifle means Singapore Assault Rifle - 21st Century. This rifle was not well received by the Singapore military due to its bullpup design and uncomfortable controls.

History
This rifle is a cheaper, lighter, and simpler in design version of the AN-94. The rifle also has a 15% accuracy boost in comparison to the AK-74 and AK-47 rifles. Round fired is the 5.56x39mm Soviet.

History
The FAMAS was developed in the 1960's as a Frech Assault Rifle. The bullpup design was revolutionary at the time for any assault rifle. The rifle fires a 5.56x45mm NATO round.

Also known as the Steyr STG-77, this rifle is used by the Australian military. It fires a 5.56x45mm NATO round.

History
The M16A4 is the latest of the M16 rifles. It is in current active service in Afghanistan. This rifle replaced the M16A2 in 1990. This rifle is by far one of my favorites. It fires a 5.56x45mm NATO round.

History
The CZ-805 is from the Czech Republic. This is one of the only Eastern rifles to shoot 5.56x45mm NATO rounds. It can be chambered in other rounds, and the magazine well can receive AK-47 and AK-74 magazines.

The new modern Chinese Assault Rifle, that has improved ergonomics, fixed reliability issues, and chambered in 5.8x42 DBP10 rounds.

Used your M416 attachments and it is really good! Other then that i do prefer to use the angled or folding grip though
