I just tried to update my jtag to new freeBOOt and everything wnt fine till after I shut it down and wated about 15 seconds and wen I turned it on I had RROD, so is there a way I can fix this?

its not dead. its just a corrupt flash you'll just have to reflash it by hooking it up to your computer and rebuild your nand image and flash it with nandpro.

It could be either you didn't power cycle is properly if it's showing 3 red rings-0020 or it can just be a bad flash..
You can use Jtag Tool or Nandpro using a usb or lpt flasher to flash another freeboot image to your nand..
