Rules and Regulations!
No duplicating! Any duplication will result in a 15 minute jail-time along with a fine
No stealing You are allowed to steal but if you are caught it will result in a 20 minute jail-time, along with a fine.
No Griefing! Any griefing will result in a permanent ban from our Roleplay server!
Non-PVP Zone is and will not be obstructed. This mean not a single block is to be broken within the inner village (as it will count towards a griefing arrest and you will be striked, 3 strikes and you're out!)
PLAY RIGHT PLAY FAIR! Keep true to your job, and follow all the rules to ensure fair game for not just yourself, but for the entire community.
IF YOU MEET OUR REQUIREMENTS ! If we feel that your application will benefit the server and we feel that you are trustworthy and you will follow the rules, we will invite you.

Requirements to join!
You must be mature! I am not going to state an age you have to be to join because it is very unfair to younger people. If not mature you will be removed from the game.
You must have a fully functional xbox live microphone! (No echoing, no screeching, NO KINECT MIC!)
No arguing with people! If I see/hear any form of 'trolling'/provoking the other person, you will be warned and striked!
No playing music down the microphone! as it is very irritating.

Job titles and Information!
Shopkeeper - Daily/weekly personnel who sell off goods. The range of what goods are sold are endless (from weapons to armor to building blocks and even food!). For each successful day that they sell at least one good, the town will give them an additional bonus. Pretty sweet, eh! ( 2.5 Stacks plus keeps 60 % of the money)

Miner - Players who go digging underground to create tunnels, explore caverns, and search for ores. If titled as an official miner, everything earned from the experience is entitled to the miners. However, if a miner decides to sell some of his goods, he/she/it will earn a bonus payment for contributing as a "shopkeeper" (in other words, selling your merchandise earns you additional profit. Not that bad, huh?) ( 3 Stacks & Allowed To Sell Items To Shops)

Hunter - Ferocious players of the night. Their main objective is to hunt down leather/wool and food, wipe out surrounding monsters, or even train wolves. Much so like miners, any earnings they obtain are their own unless decided to be sold for additional profit. Wolves are also property to hunters. (3.5 & Allowed To Sell Items To Shops)

Lumberjack - Woodsmen (and woodswomen) of the forest. Equipped with handy battallion axes, these lurkers collect wood from the darkest of forests for the city and personal use. 10% of wood collected is sent to the city, and in return, payment. Any saplings that fall from logged trees must be replanted. (3 Stacks & Allowed To Sell Items To Shops)

Builder - These players are payed to build structures and coordinate projects together. The amount of payment they earn depends on the quality of what they build, not quantity. Everyone has an equal chance of earning profit, so no one can return back home with empty pockets. Quality will be listed on later as to what profits are to be given. All materials are supplied by miners (besides wood). (3.5 Stacks Plus Additional When They Build Something)

Guard - Strong players who keep watch over the town, being entrusted in executive enforcement of public safety. Guards DO NOT have to keep within their premises (i.e. guard towers, jail cells, etc etc.). (3.5 Stacks)

Technician - Someone who can give a helping hand to a fellow neighbor or resident to their city to help them fix their redstone problem and maybe to do a project dealing with any electric material. (EX. redstone , redstone repeaters , pistons etc). They will be getting paid from the city and from that resident. (Resident pay on how hard the job is , fail to pay you would be sent to jail.) (2.5 Stacks Additional When They Fix or Make Something)

Real Estate Agent - A Real estate agent are responsible to sell , loan , buy and rent houses. Yes you will have an office in a two story building. Dont worry about telling everyone the same thing over and over, there is a upstairs with all the information they need. You just show the houses. Edit the form boards about new houses and give loans. Loans will be funded by the bank, all you need to do is make a payment plan for that person to pay back. According to the job they have and get paid they payment plan will be different. (3.5 Stacks Plus Additional When You Sell Someone House 20%)

Developers - Developers are people who make blueprints of future projects coming up. You would be paid for that idea and then get paid extra if your idea go threw to our builders. You may make a blueprint for a resident. But the resident will have to pay their own price. (2.5 Plus Additional When A Blueprint Is Accepted)

Construction Crew - These people are responsible to fix anything that has been obstructive or have any missing blocks. If anything have been griefed (God ForBid) they will be responsible for fixing that damage property of the city. If its a private house you will have to pay the Crew money from you own pocket. The city will pay their own price. (2.5 Stacks Plus Additional When Something is Fixed)

Banker - These people are trusted in the great bank of UTopia! If caught pinching (stealing paper) from the bank and not depositing it then you will be jailed for 4 whole Minecraft days! (3.5 Stacks and advance of 0.5 a stack every time someone uses the bank to deposit / withdraw.)

Housing Information!
All of the information below is handled by your personal Real estate Agent.

Renting: As you join you only get 6 stacks of paper to start you off. So we allow you to rent little houses for only 1 stack of paper. All rent is due everyday IN REAL LIFE time. All rent will be submitting to a chest in the bank. (*NOTE* - Never let anyone know you are going to pay rent as we try not to have any stealing.)
Buying: As you gain money or just enter the server you are allow to buy houses right away. These houses are medium to big houses. You are allow to change the inside but not the outside. Anyone is allowed to live with you in your own house. If you buy a house; you are allowed to rent the house; however you must give the house to the Real Estate Agency to discuss a reasonable renting price.
Selling: As there are a lot of good prices and nice houses be built every day and your cash flow rising, you may sell your home or plot NOT A RENTED HOUSE. There must be in good condition and all your stuff must be moved out. To have a house up on sale you must pay a fee to get it on the market. Also no monster spawning problems.
Loaning: As your cash flow drop for any reason or your jobs are not paying well or you're just a guy who saves your paper. You can LOAN a house. By loaning you can pay a fee everyday for your house according to how much you get pay. If failed to not pay loans your house will be up for sale and you will be evicted.
Plotting:If you don't like any of these choices above or you rather not build you can buy a plot, where you can build whatever you want on it. All plots come in all sizes or can be custom build. Once a plot is built, you must put a fence around your land and put a sign in front of the plot. IF the plot is not touched within 2 weeks, (unless a notice or excuse is given) we will liquidate your deed and resell it on the market.

Side Information:

The Arena is accessible to all players. Although the official tournaments haven't started, it's a good mechanism for challenging players for either fun or competition. There are no turn backs once inside the arena (unless forfeit).
There is a currency system (paper), but barter is allowed. The only thing I can say here is keep your money well hidden or in the bank where its heavily protected by a closed circuit of redstone security passwords, lockdown gates, bedrock covered perimeter, and 9 lock combinations. HOWEVER, we as we are not responsible for loss of money or items.
Visit the town hall for official rules. Before you become an official villager, you must read the rules located within the town hall (on the outskirts of the city)
