I'm thinking about doing a recovery on my 360 but I want to know for a fact that when I switch over to Ghosts on the Xbox One that the camo will still be on my guns. Thank you to anyone that helps out.

Your camo isn't stored on your HD. It's locked to your account, it will still be there when you switch console.
