On my first XBL account I downloaded all the Borderlands DLC. Then I lost the info to that account and was forced to make a new one, and CANNOT log onto the old account. My DLC is still on my HDD, I just can't use it. Is there any way I can play all my old DLC on my new account without license transferring? I have so much old DLC I paid for and cannot play!

no sorry without license transferring you cannot use any of the DLC.

You can Just download the DLC on you computer and then USB it over to the xbox
