Xblse is pretty much you own server that you use to connect to xbl and not get banned in like a sec

XBLSE.
XBDM Plugin for XDK
XRPC Plugin for newer games like bo2.
a patch.ff file or a XRPC tool on your desktop to real time mod the newer games via XDK.
a UNBanned KV.

Xbox Live Stealth is a server that allows your Jtag/Rgh to go online without being banned straight away from Microsoft, you can buy 1 day of stealth or 31 days (up to you), when they say they ran out of stealth it basically means their day of stealth is up (xbls has a timer on your jtag, to see that timer just reboot your jtag/rgh) thats about it... to make it simple its a server that bypasses Microsoft's server checks for Jtags/Rgh (thats what i understand of it xD but im no expert)
