I havent really tried any of these formations, and I dont really need that much pace to win games.
My play style is just simple passing build up play.
Both teams have the same players, its just different formations,
Which one plays better?

I would go for the 4-2-2-2 team it looks pretty solid.

A 48 pace striker? Do you even know who that man is? Del Piero is a legend!
The thing is that I have used Neymar, Aguero, Xavi, Iniesta, Robben, pretty much all big name players under 600k and a few legend cards as well.
I dont abuse pace at all, I like to pass the ball and work my way in the box to score with the occasional long shot here and there, this style of play has got me to div 2, so it must be working ;)
Also out of all the leagues, Serie A is my favourite
