What's (Y) Supposed to mean? i've seen people doing this before, just wondering what it's supposed to mean.

I think it means "thumbs up"... like if you are on msn messenger (or whatever that thing is called) and you type (Y) in your message and then hit enter, your message will come up on the chat box and show a picture of a thumbs up, if you were to type (N) it would show a thumbs down

So some people do it anyway even though the chat that they are on does not support the "emoticons", they know the codes so they type the one the want in anyways and most people know what they mean..

Not quite sure what (Y) means but I know what (.Y.) means.... Might both be the same?

well (Y) means thumbs up on Msn live messenger and (.Y.) is girl flashing...so when you think about it ....they both go well !!! When you see (.Y.) you always do (Y)
