Looks like all you've done is put images infront of a mountain and added text :/

I am a fan of Skyrim myself and this poster is awful, sorry to say
use the filter "sharpen edges" for better edge quality, obviously
The character has no feet, chopped off at his knees
Font is horrible, look for a medieval or dragon style font or even the font used on the skyrim game cover
Also the clouds don't look realistic
For the whole thing, try using gradient maps, filters and blending in each image for a slick result

Very sloppy. Take your time. If something does not at least look like a 8/10 in your eyes, work on making it better and see what you can do to improve it.

You need to take more time over your work, you can see you have rushed this and you know that it doesn't look right. I would suggest watching speed arts or tutorials on youtube to get more ideas on what to do. Keep trying and come back with something amazing
