or u could have simply went to blockbuster and traded it and or go to gamestop buy used switch disk and get your money back better yet get 2 games

You didnt really do anything... he was sympathetic for 5 minutes and gave you a disc... If you really want to be good at things you go to gamestop if you purchased the game there and you take it back and look him in the eyes and say "Ya i was playing Black Ops and it was loading a map and all of a sudden i hear grinding noises and it says disc unreadable" He says alright did you get a warranty for it and you say ya my dad got one for me on the account but we cant find the receipt. He will say OH OKAY ill look it up, give him your legit information and he will say, well we dont have any record of you buying a warranty. So just look all concerned and say "WOW i was here with my dad and watched him purchase it... maybe theres a mistake.. i think it might of been a new employee or something... Well then they should be like well theres nothing i can really do. This is the part where you bring in social engineering and you tell him that this is a bunch of crap and you want the disc you paid for because you got a warranty. He will more than likely give you a new one, add a warranty to your account and leave you to be on your way. Gamestop does it for me all the time so try that. If not, rent BO and then replace broken disc with rented copy and return one day early. Free game, plus they dont EVER check if it works or not.
