After my XBLSE time runs out, will I still be able to sign into xbl on my jtag and not be banned instantly, if not how long would it take them.

If you are asking if you try to go on live with no sort of bypass. You will most likely be instabbaned do not try it. Once you run out of stealth buy more before going online.

no, once your stealth is out you will not be allowed to connect to xbl.
