call psn, and tell them it just signed you out while you were playing a game and when you tried getting back on it wouldnt let you, and then they will get it back for you .

Dude you can't hack your account back it'd impossible, best way of trying to get it back is ring PSN they will ask you some questions from your account and if you get them they'll give you your account back but you shouldn't of just gave your psn details away Mate
