This is by far better than the xbox one, however will you be editing? If not i can give you a better build for the price?

Its better than the xbox one. but then again the 360 is better than the xbox one.
If you plan on gaming 12gb of ram is not really needed 8 is more than enough. Also you seem to me missing a case.

Drop that useless 4gb ram get a non modular psu and get a 770..

I say fear but my biggest thing holding me back is when i order them and they come and the parts arnt compatible with each other?

If you add the changes that Alexyy said going with a 770, Dropping to 8gb of ram and getting a different PSU probably like a XFX 550W and of course a case unless you have one you would be good to go!
